Please be informed that our Club will be closed for Thaipusam on 01st February 2026 (Sunday) and will resume business on 3rd February 2026 (Tuesday).

Club's Carry & Use Firearm's Licence (C&U) 2026 / 2027 - Dated 30th Dec 2025
Dear Members
Please be informed that your Club’s Carry & Use licence will expire on the 30 June 2026.
Once again, the club will assist members to renew their Club’s Carry & Use licences with the Police.
In view of this, kindly sign-in the prepared enclosed forms and return same to the club by 30 April 2026 together with the following:
- Club’s Carry & Use Fee (C&U) for year 2026/2027 (RM 80.00)
- Club’s Carry & Use card for year 2026/2027 (RM30.00)
Please hand in the Renewal Forms together with the necessary fees to the Club during office hours. The Club will renew your C&U Licences at the respective Police Districts for you.
However members are advised to practice shooting regularly in order to renew their licence as advised by the police licensing department.
For C&U Licence under the district of Bukit Mertajam, please enclose a medical report from the doctor even though your age is below 60 years old. This is required by the OCPD BM.
Members whose age is 60 years and above or born in the year 1966 must also submit a copy of your medical report from any hospital.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL General Meeting of Kelab Menembak Pulau Pinang will be held at the Club’s premises at 804 Mukim 16, Jalan Waterfall, Penang at 11:45 am on SUNDAY, 22 June 2025.
PLS. NOTE: Only Life Members/Honorary Life Members and Ordinary Members in benefit may attend this meeting.
Please bring along your current membership card when attending the A.G.M.
Lunch will be served after the A.G.M.
Registration for the A.G.M. shall start at 10.30 am and the closing time for registration shall be 11.30 am.
Announcement - Dated 25th Sep 2024
Dear all Members,
Please be informed that the contractor for The Penang Hill Corporation's Cable Car project has notified our Club that they would commence their construction work on 15th October 2024 till 30th June 2026.
Meanwhile, all vehicles will not be allowed to enter the construction vicinity or road leading to it. However, they have kindly consented to allow Penang Rifle Club members' vehicles entering into the Club.
Members are therefore advised to bring their membership card and present to the guard post each time they wish to drive into the Club.
We greatly appreciate their gesture and ask our members to cooperate with their staff on duty.
